REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
NPLC#3 was hosted by Beaufort Yacht and Sailing Club this past
weekend.  This was the first High School Regatta hosted by 
Beaufort and all went well.  Eight teams participated in all,
with three of the eight being only one division teams.  Three
Inland teams participated. 
The day began with virtually no wind and very light wind on the
forcast.  The teams enjoyed an early lunch and did
not hit the water until about 1:30 when some more sustained 
wind filled in.  Four races per division were completed in 
variable wind and an incoming tide.  Teams were transported by
boat to the race area to speed up the rotations. Wando from 
Charleston won the regatta, with Wando winning A division and 
Wakefield winning B division
