RULE RULE 13(e)

SYNOPSIS OF RACING CONDITIONS (WIND, WATER, ETC)

On a near perfect day on Biscayne Bay in Miami, Ransom Everglades School hosted SP5 at their beautiful waterfront facilities. Winds were from the east at 12-14 dying to 6-8 later in the day. This combined with an average air temperature of 75 made for great day out for competitive sailing.

Sailors from ten schools throughout the state completed in a total of 16 races. Courses were modified WL2, averaging 15-18 minutes in length.

Congratulations to St. Thomas Aquinas, taking first place, H.B. Plant, taking second and Ransom Everglades School, third.
